YOGA

I practice Ashtanga daily at Ashtanga Yoga Vancouver, the philosophy behind it and all the inspiring teachers I have had on and off the mat have completely changed my perception and view of life.

TRAVEL

I am fascinated by the world and will never stop exploring it. My believe is that every encounter and every impression is of highest value and enriches your personality if you allow it to. I will never stop to be curious.

HERBS

Herbs are an incredibly powerful medicine and the healing power of many is completely underestimated. If that is in the form of food, a tea, a home made tincture, an infused oil, a salve or even lotion.
